PRICE GUIDE & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit of £50 on unstoned costumes and £100 on stoned costumes is required before any work will be started.

Costume must be paid in full before it can be uplifted or posted

If unhappy with the costume for any reason we will supply another costume or give full refund. This only applys to  costumes designed by ourselves no refunds will be given if the costume is designed by the customer. We reserve the right to keep deposit paid under certain circumstances or if the order is cancelled.

If unhappy or unsure of your costume please inform us straight away. Any delay may affect your rights to refund.

Posted costumes will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which garantees next day delivery before 1pm. Cost of post and packaging will be included in the price of the costume ( normally £10 for one item )

Payment can be made by cash, cheque made payable to F.U.N.N. Dancewear or by credit or debit card over the phone.

Your costume is your responsabiliy once it leaves our hands and we will not be held accountable to damage done to any costume through washing or competition wear and tear. If unsure how to wash your costume please ask for advice.

Alterations will be done free of charge to your costume if returned to us within 7 days unworn. After this time there will be a labour charge and the postage must be covered by the customer.

We do offer a direct debit or standing order payment scheme to pay for your costumes throughout the year. Please call for more details of this service.
